Here are the “works.”  When a referral accepts an assignment with Addan Professional Staffing the following bonus structure is applied:*

Travel and Temp to Hire Assignments:
Addan Professional Staffing employee
$1.00 per hour worked, paid after each 30 days worked.
Non-Addan Professional Staffing employee
$250 per 13 week placement, payable after completion of assignment.

Direct Hire
Addan Professional Staffing employee
$500 per direct hire, payable after 90 days of employment.
Non-Addan Professional Staffing employee
$250 per direct hire, payable after 90 days of employment.
