Addan Professional Staffing provides each Client with a Client Services Manager who will pre-screen all applicants, perform an initial interview to ensure the candidate is interested in your company and employment opportunity. We know corporate and even department culture is important. Therefore we strive to know each client through direct communication and site visits, when possible, to understand the work environment. Addan desires to identify specific skills and backgrounds required for candidate matches. We also perform periodic, follow-up calls to make sure your expectations have been met.
Once a suitable candidate is found, the Client Services Manger will forward resumes to you for review. Addan will then schedule interviews at your convenience. When Addan receives an “intent to hire” notice of a respective candidate, the Client Services Manager will collect any pre-employment documentation requested by the Client. We understand the need to find the right person quickly, therefore we work both the front and back of the employment process to make your time commitment and costs as minimal as possible.
Clients are under no obligation to hire a candidate submitted by Addan Professional Staffing, even after interview. You make the final decision. And remember, there is never a fee to you unless you choose to hire one of our candidates.
